Love this! As a design and webmaster at a small college we do not have a lot of time to keep track of all the requests. This allows us to keep all the information in one place rather than rely on emails. Plus, we have a historical record of all the requests in a given year.

One of the best features is being able to make changes on the fly, especially with a customer standing right in front of you. If you need to add an addendum, you can do it right there and then. You can also create your own custom fields too.
